What to contact us about
- Corrections to sizing or brand data. If a brand’s size range or sizing has changed, or you think one of our figures is wrong, tell us which page it’s on. For brand data, please include a link to the brand’s published size chart so we can check it.
- Errors in our content, such as a broken link, a typo, or something you think is inaccurate.
- Accessibility problems. If something is hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader, screen magnifier or other assistive technology, tell us which page, what you were trying to do and, if you’re happy to share it, which browser or assistive technology you use.
- Questions about how the calculator works. Our methodology page publishes every formula and rule, so it may answer your question straight away.
Please don’t send measurements, photos or health details
We don’t need your measurements, photos or any health information to answer a question or fix a problem, so please leave them out. Our calculator works out your size on your own device so that your measurements never have to be shared with anyone, including us.
If you’re reporting a calculator problem, describe what happened. If numbers help to explain it, made-up example numbers that show the same problem are just as useful as real ones.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give individual medical advice. If you have breast or back pain, numbness or tingling, sore or broken skin where your bra sits, a lump, or any change in your breast, please see your GP.

How we handle your email
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to deal with your message. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Response times
We read messages as we’re able to, but we can’t promise a response time or a reply to every message. If you’ve reported a correction, we may make the change without replying.
